Monthly matching permits
Monthly counts reflect the records available from the jurisdictions we cover. Filing dates and changes in coverage can affect the pattern, so one month alone does not establish a change in construction activity.
Counts are not additive: a permit can match more than one term. Adding category counts can count the same permit more than once.
