Privacy policy

When you send a quote request we store the name, the email address or phone number, the project description and the service and location you came from.

We also store a salted hash of the connecting IP address. That hash is used only to rate-limit abuse and to suppress accidental duplicate submissions. The raw IP address is never stored.

A request that was emailed onward is deleted after 30 days.

A request that was never successfully emailed is the only copy, so it is kept for 180 days before deletion.

Deleting the stored request also removes its IP-address hash.

Recorded page activity is deleted after 400 days.

The request is passed to a Florida architecture practice so it can answer it. It is not sold, rented or shared for advertising.

We measure site activity without a third-party analytics script, advertising pixel, cookie or persistent visitor identifier. Analytics records include the page path, interaction type, related service and location identifiers, and a short label. Email addresses are removed from labels before storage.
